Privacy notice

The poll organiser invites you to share your available meeting times. We process your name, email address, and availability choices to coordinate meetings, send a confirmation, enable editing, and communicate the selected time. No marketing emails are sent.

For polls operated directly by SKM EXPLIKA TECH, SL, the controller is SKM EXPLIKA TECH, SL (NIF B92138510), Plaza Uncibay 3, 5th floor, Office 8, 29008 Málaga, Spain. For integrated installations operated on behalf of another organisation, the organiser must provide its own controller and privacy notice.

Data are visible to authorised organisers. The technical email provider Brevo and hosting providers process relevant data to deliver the service. Session cookies are used only for security. We do not use advertising trackers.

The processing is based on the legitimate interests of the organiser in coordinating meetings (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to assessment in the particular context. Providing your name and email is necessary for confirmation. You may exercise data rights by contacting info@proyectsphere.com and complain to the AEPD.

Retention: completed and closed polls are eligible for scheduled deletion after the configured period. The organiser must enable the optional daily cleanup cron and document its retention schedule. The separate main-site privacy policy provides company contact details.
